Whilst recognizing the strengths of our city's mental healthcare system, we've witnessed significant disparities in access, and a complexity in the understanding of currently available resources, which constitute barriers to care.
We believe everyone deserves equitable access to quality mental healthcare, regardless of their background, location, language, culture, or financial situation.
We want to be part of a change.
- Research & Data Collection: Through surveys, direct engagement with healthcare professionals, patients, charities, NGOs, and state-funded organizations; we are meticulously mapping the barriers to accessing mental healthcare in Hamburg.
- Resource Development: Using the insights gained from our research, we will create valuable resources and tools to empower individuals and communities to navigate the mental healthcare system more effectively.
- Advocacy & Change: We will use our findings to advocate for systemic improvements and policy changes that address the unique needs of underserved populations in our city.
